How it works
Joining customer support
Once you've signed off the setup, the e-mail informing you about the support plan is sent.
It's as easy to install Telegram as any other app. Information needed for signing up is your full name and telephone number. The app is free and requires no obligations.
Starting personal Telegram chat
As soon as you sign up for Telegram, let your Customer Success Manager know. Your personal chat will be created and you'll get a notification. In case you have several enterprises, separate chat for each of them will be created.
Adding team members
As an admin of the chat, you'll be able to add or remove team members. They'll also have to install Telegram app. Please, pay your attention, that Customer Support will accept the calls from anyone in chat, but no one else.
In order to ask a question or notify about any problem just write into the chat. We'll see the sender's name and the issue will automatically be addressed to one of the Support team specialists. You can add any comments/photos/other files to your message. The issue will be closed by our specialists once you prove it's okay now.
