All of this amazed and inspired me so much that I began to share impressions of iiko with my blog. The reviews interested my friends, and the system was implemented in their restaurants. Further - it is more: the number of implementations has been in dozens. So the company Open Service was born.
To be honest, I did not understand much in the IT business. But I liked what we were doing. And I loved and respected my clients. As a result, the company grew exponentially, and I, as a CEO, was completely immersed in business processes, standards, checklists, delegation, team building, etc. For 6 years, Open Service has grown from a regional to an international company, opening offices in addition to St. Petersburg in Moscow, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Sochi and Kazakhstan. And now in Dubai, as iiko Middle East, we are working together with vendor iiko.
Now every month we implement about 100 restaurants in Russia and 30 in Dubai. In total, the whole group of companies implements around 950 restaurants per month. And this is only the beginning, because restaurant automation is an eternal and very profitable business. We have everything to become the best in the market:
